Happy Birthday Ryan!

The post is a day late, but it was a little busy yesterday. I feel like I have to explain the semi-lame cake. I asked him what he wanted...told his I would attempt anything...gave him some examples, like Phillies, Eagles or something to do with hunting or camping, but no...what did he want for his cake? Yellow cake with chocolate icing and the number "28" on the top. (He turned 28, for anyone wondering about why he would choose that number.) I was a little disappointed, but it was definitely an easy one to do. I told him to brace himself for his 30th b-day, cause the cake WILL be amazing.

I have to admit, I'm kind-of happy for a dreary day...I'm doing all the laundry that can't be hung outside...towels, washcloths, etc...and finishing the cleaning I started last week. I have the hardest time getting motivated indoors when it's beautiful outside.

Well, I had better stop wasting time and get to those floors...amazing how little bare feet that have been outside can make a clean floor dirty in less than 5 minutes! I just have to remind myself, someday I'll miss those dirty little tracks across the floor...or will I?
