I had a great Mother's day this year and it was extra special because we had Avalyn dedicated at church. After church we had Ryan's parents and my parents over for lunch. I was reminded throughout the day of how much I LOVE being a wife and mommy. I definitely feel like that is what I was born to do!
Saturday evening was our Mother/Daughter Banquet at church...how exciting to get to take a daughter this year! She snoozed right through it!
Since I'm back-tracking...Friday we had a play date at our house (because of rain) that was originally supposed to be at the park. Owen had fun with some of his favorite friends and getting to know Ezra and I had a fun time with the girls...we miss you Suzie! Friday night the Turks came over and while Ryan talked Brian into going to Algonquin with him this year and Owen played with more of his favorite friends, Nancy and I escaped for a little girl time.
And just about the time we were getting tired of all the indoor toys, the sun came out again...we hope it's here to stay! Owen is officially ready for "bike-season"!
And last, but not least...A BIG Happy Birthday to Jen! Hope your day was perfect!

Great update! Your parents look to young to have g-children!! Neither of them have aged since I met them!
I did that same picture of Ashley when we were living in Maine to send back down here. She is such a little doll.
