I was in one of those panicky "kids are growing up way too fast and there's nothing I can do about it" moods last night, so at 11:00, I decided to snap a few pictures of them peacefully sleeping. I didn't make it into Owen's room, cause I heard Ryan "whisper yelling" from our room for me to leave the poor kids alone, put the camera away and get to bed. I guess he could see the flash going off and hear the zoom going in and out. It's probably good I didn't make it to Owen's room cause he is a lighter sleeper these days. Anyway, here are some of the ones I got of Avalyn before I got in trouble!!

*Note for Nancy: I didn't risk waking her for a picture of her on her belly...I just waited until this morning!

I love the last pic. I love when they sleep with their little scuched up!
Sweet Baby Girl! She is so cute! I was watching her sleep in church on Sunday and I was so missing those days!!
My question about the photos: Did you flip Avalyn over?? How did you get her on her back and front? That was a risk I don't know that I would have taken for the photo. Either way I give you props for your good (late night) parenting... as you know a good parent is measured in the number of photos they take of each child?!
BTW I love that Ryan was "whisper yelling" I get that from Brian on occasion.
Avalyn looks so tiny! I thought you were going to say that you posted pictures from when she was a newborn. Look at all that crib space- she still has a lot of growing to do so don't panic! :)
Oh that comment about Ryan's whisper is so "Daryl"
Us mommies love our kids and our cameras. Happing snapping!
